The OI Foundation is thrilled to share our most recent publication: “Somewhere to go: a position paper on addressing gaps in transition care for adults with childhood-onset rare diseases”.

In 2023, the OIF held a meeting titled “Somewhere to Go for Adults with Childhood-Onset Rare Diseases: A Conversation About How We Can Fill Gaps in Care.” This meeting brought together various stakeholders to explore the transition of care and gaps in adult care within the childhood-onset rare disease communities.
