Join the OIF this holiday season for the first part of a two-part food, cooking, nutrition and health series with Culinary Nutritionist + Author of What The Fork Are You Eating, Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN. Part 1, Education Around the Table (EAT) is an opportunity to address your food lifestyle related questions and concerns. So bring your thoughts to the table because nothing is off-limits!

Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN is a nationally recognized Culinary Nutritionist and leading authority on eating to prevent and manage illness. As a chef, nutritionist and innate healer she uses food as a conduit to deep transformation for those she works with. She inspires, educates and empowers people to eat and live to their full potential. Her book What The Fork Are You Eating (now available in audio) is a must-read guide for anyone looking to improve food choice! Stefanie is a long-time supporter of the OI Foundation and is connected to the OI community through her niece living with OI.
